The last week of my trip to the UK, I went to Northern Wales. I must admit that I loved it instantly. Seeing the beautiful castles of Caernarfon and Conwy, hiking in Snowdonia NP and the Wales Coast Path, sunning at the beaches and trying to get a clue what Welsh people are saying. Wales has a bit of everything. I absolutely adored the beautiful landscapes, the mountains reaching the sea, the many lakes and so on. Welsh sounds really pretty, but I have no clue myself of how to even pronounce the names of the towns. It was my intention to climb mount Snowdon, but unfortunately on that day it was rainy and cloudy, so I only made it halfway. I hope to go back to Northern Wales, because the region has much more to offer, maybe that time I can combine it with the South of Wales as well.
